Compliance with ICH Q8, 9 and 10 also ensures that quality is designed into the services offered by SFS to ensure meeting customer needs, while continually improving operational systems.

Instrumentation used at SFS is fully calibrated and maintained according to schedule, ensuring suitability for purpose and a full history of all activities performed. This meticulous record keeping extends into the control of materials and all screening services, thus providing full traceability in each project carried out.

As a part the service provided by SFS, clients have the option of their projects being audited by the SFS QA Section. Independent of the technical team, the QA Section will report regularly to clients on the quality aspects of their project, and provide final sign off. This service has proved popular with many clients at SFS who submit regulatory filings.
