Solid Form Solutions Ltd recognise the importance of performing work to the highest possible quality standards, and have a dedicated team to ensure these standards are met. A full set of SOPs that governs the systematic workings of SFS are in place and revised by the quality team on a regular basis. Instrumentation used at SFS has undergone IQ/OQ/PQ qualification prior to being put to use as well as stringent in-house ICH validation tests, again ensuring suitability for purpose. Solid Form Solutions Ltd also calibrate and validate all instruments on a regular basis and retain records of all instrumentation either currently used or used in the past at SFS. This meticulous record keeping provides full traceability in each study performed. Constant with our high standards, is the cGMP physical properties testing that is regularly carried out at SFS.

As a part the studies performed at SFS clients name the option of having their projects audited by the SFS QA section. Independent of the technical team, the QA section will report regularly to clients on the quality aspects of their project, and provide final sign off. This service has proved popular with clients at SFS who submit regulatory filings.
