Often when an API enters into development the solid form is not crystalline. Solid Form Solutions offers an extensive crystallisation service focusing on obtaining a crystalline and easily isolated form of the drug.
Our program employs a very large number of crystallisation experiments and aims to deliver a process transferable to a scale-up. We also use surface modification technology to encourage crystallisation in the most stubborn compounds.
Combined with our knowledge of downstream processing SFS will deliver a scalable solution.
To assess the physical properties of crystalline material we employ the most advanced techniques in solid-state characterisation which include:
