Clients will receive a personal response within 24 hours of an enquiry. Enquiries relating to contracts, agreements and request for proposals (RFPs) submissions should be directed to the SFS business development director, enquiries regarding technical matters should be directed to the SFS technical director and the SFS Quality manager will answer any regulatory queries or quality assurance questions.
