Job Description:

This company is a contract reseach organisation based in Roslin, Midlothian. Due to expansion, the company requires a Salt/Polymorph Screening Scientist to undertake project work.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Perform practical studies safely and to the highest standards.
- Successfully perform salt and polymorph screens.
- Carry out crystallisation development tasks.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a can-do and dynamic attitude to work.
- Be able to deliver work to tight deadlines.

Qualifications Preferred:

BSc (Hons) or PhD Chem/Mat Science/Pharma discipline.

Skills/Experience Required:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of crystallisation processes.
- XRPD, DSC, TGA, NMR and GVS experience.
